You asked for it, and here it is: Hushpower’s new HP-2 series high performance mufflers. Compact enough to the fit the tight demands of street rods, low-riders, and off-road applications, with a distinctive look and a sound like no other. The HP-2’s has a small case profile of 4.0 inch thick by 5.5 inch wide making it the perfect solution for vehicles with limited space. The standard HP-2 mufflers have a case length of 18" and are the choice for most applications.
Designed with Cool Shell Technology, these mufflers can be placed in virtually any location on the vehicle. All HP-2™ mufflers feature full stainless steel construction, available in either polish ready T304 stainless or painted T409 stainless. Available in 2.0, 2.25, and 2.5 inch inlet diameters, there is a model available to suit your needs.
The HP-2 "shorty" model has a 12 inch case length, are recommended as an add-on resonator type installation, or for applications that require less sound control. Pro Series Performance Mufflers

In Huspowers continuing endeavor to bring the latest in performance and sound control technology to the street and race track, Hushpower is proud to introduce its newest line of performance Pro Series mufflers. These round-cased mufflers deliver ground breaking sound control while delivering maximum power and exhaust system efficiency. The Pro Series mufflers work on all applications ranging from street trucks, diesel "pullers" and RV “pushers” to every class of racing on dirt or asphalt.
During development, at the dyno and track, the new Hushpower Pro Series mufflers consistently delivered performance that is equal to or surpasses open pipe systems, while dramatically reducing sound levels across the RPM range. On a modified GMC diesel truck, racing on the DHRA circuit, one engine builder found 33 lbs/ft of torque and 13 horsepower at 2,850 RPM. Only a simple change out to the Hushpower from a competing performance muffler was made.
In the racing world, the Hushpower Pro Series Racing Mufflers (Parts 13016101 & 13516101) have been tested and mandated by the United States Auto Club (USAC) for the 2007 USAC Western States Divisions of sprint cars and midget sprints, as well as the C.R.A. sprint car series.
The internal construction of the Pro Series is T409 stainless steel and the outer case is fabricated from rugged 18-gauge aluminized steel. With part numbers available in 3.00, 3.50, 4.00, and 5.00 inch pipe diameters, we have the solution for your needs. Additionally the 3.00 and 3.50 inch models are also available with an integrated turn-down outlet for many racing applications.
The bottom line is that if you want to make more power, quietly, Hushpower Pro Series is the answer. |

ATV Silencers

Hushpower’s unique lines of ATV silencers are designed for hunters, security and military applications where sound control and full power is a necessity. Developed from the HP-2 line of Hushpower street mufflers, the ATV Silencers reduce sound levels by up to 10db without any loss of power. The silencers are designed for easy on and off installation and do not require any modification to the ATV.
Currently there are 13 models available for Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Bombardier and Arctic Cat, plus a universal model which offers fitment to many other and earlier ATV's. These new Hushpower silencers quiet exhaust noise using their unique and patented Hushpower Wide Spectrum Sound Cancellation technology and feature Hushpowers unique Cool Shell insulated design. Hushpower ATV Silencers have been tested in the field and on Hushpower's ATV dyno extensively. The insulated Cool Shell case uses rugged 18- gauge stainless steel, while the internal core is made of perforated T409 stainless steel for durability. |
